The Good Help Way for Behaviour
At Our Lady of Good Help, we know that good behaviour is essential for great learning. We ensure that we teach children how to be a good learner and how to be a good citizen. The ‘Good Help Way’ underpins our philosophy and approach to learning and behaviour. Every child in our school is valued and every child in school is supported so that they can achieve success. Our system for behaviour is one based on rewards and recognition. We teach the children to overcome challenges through restorative conversations. It is the emphasis on the child and the person that builds the strong bonds and relationships that we hold dear as a Catholic school.
