 Key Information for Year 4
Homework
Homework is set on Google Classroom each Friday and each child will receive a paper copy. Homework must be completed by the following Wednesday.
It will include a levelled reading book, TT Rock Stars and a grammar activity on spag.com or a paper copy in their homework book.
Reading Books
Children will be able to choose books to read at the correct level for their current ability.
They must ensure they bring their book into school every day and that their reading records are kept up-to-date and signed by parents.
P.E.
P.E is every Monday and Tuesday. Children will be swimming each Friday during the spring term. Please ensure your child wears their P.E kit and school jogging suit to school on those days. Â P.E. kits may also be required for after school clubs.

#OLGHy4 continued to work on Scratch. Children built on their knowledge of using repeat loops to create a program that drew a pattern. Children then tinkered with the code to see if they could get the colour to change and the size of the pattern.
